Tin Phat completed the closed warehouse package under the Phu Quoc POC base project at PTSC Port, Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

The warehouse measures 30x98m with a total area of 2,940m². The investor is the Branch of PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation — Petroleum Services Port Company, with a contract value of VND 12,395,985,599.

The building uses a pre-engineered steel frame, with foundation works and frame erection running in parallel to shorten the programme. All items passed acceptance inspection at the first review.
