On 31 December 2023, Tin Phat completed the 2023 package for regular management and maintenance of inland waterway buoys across Dong Nai Province.

This Grade IV transport project was commissioned by the Dong Nai Provincial Department of Transport, with a contract value of VND 3,735,434,000. It was the second consecutive year Tin Phat was entrusted with this package.

The scope covered periodic inspection, repainting of buoy bodies, replacement of navigation lights and re-positioning of moorings. Crews worked on the river in all weather to keep the channel safe.
