On 2 July 2024, TIN PHAT CONSTRUCTION TRADING INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED completed and handed over the bridge construction package on the My Xuan – Ngai Giao – Hoa Binh – Binh Chau route (Road 991), Xuyen Moc District.

This Grade II transport project was commissioned by the Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province Transportation Project Management Board, with a contract value of VND 13,818,888,000. The contract was signed on 29 December 2023 and completed on schedule.

Throughout construction, Tin Phat engineers and workers carried out roadbed works, drainage systems and asphalt paving in parallel, maintaining traffic safety for local residents.
